Binance US will acquire the assets of Voyager Digital Ltd after they won the bid to acquire the bankrupt crypto lender’s assets.
Binance US had the highest bid, and they beat other firms such as CrossTower, Wave Financial and INX to the deal

Following this development, Binance US will commit $10m in good faith
They will also reimburse $15m to Voyager for expenses
Voyager was going to get acquired by FTX before the collapse of the exchange
Now, Voyager customers have some clarity and they can hope to get their money back.
